Piatti freddi d’estate? Sì, ma con attenzione

Con le temperature torride di questi giorni cambia inevitabilmente la nostra alimentazione, nel senso che tendiamo a prediligere alimenti freddi, ed è una cosa perfettamente normale: la temperatura del nostro corpo è più calda e quindi cerchiamo, anche non intenzionalmente, tutto ciò che può contribuire a farla abbassare.

Se i cibi pesanti vanno eliminati, è comunque assolutamente vietato il digiuno in quanto serve solo ad indebolire ancora di più il corpo, basta adottare qualche accorgimento per superare la calura estiva.

Innanzi tutto, togliete dalla vostra alimentazione grassi e sughi a favore di frutta e verdura per reintegrare i liquidi persi dall’organismo con il sudore provocato dal caldo. Prediligete tanti pasti piccoli piuttosto che una grande abbuffata, bevete almeno un paio di litri d’acqua al giorno, mentre evitate alcool e bevande gassate. Masticate bene: oltre a digerire meglio vi preserverà da una possibile congestione.

Per quanto riguarda i piatti freddi, via libera per tutti, sia adulti che bambini, ma attenzione a non esagerare con l’eccessivo “freddo” in quanto potreste rischiare una congestione. Passiamo alla parte nutrizionale di questi alimenti. I piatti freddi a base di riso e pasta sono sani e completi tuttavia, per non far salire troppo l’ago della bilancia, adottate alcuni accorgimenti. Nell’insalata di riso sostituite i  wurstel, le uova soda con dei dadini di ananas, melone o Emmenthal e privilegiate lo yogurt intero all’olio e alla maionese. 

Cercate un condimento leggero per accompagnare le verdure oppure un carpaccio di pesce? Via libera al succo di limone in alternativa all’olio, che comunque deve essere sempre extravergine d’oliva.

Attenzione anche ai piatti di affettati che, non saranno grassi come un tempo ma contengono molto sale e possono favorire la ritenzione idrica e quindi la cellulite; l’ideale sarebbe portarli in tavola un paio di volta a settimana scegliendo quelli meno grassi come il prosciutto crudo, quello cotto e la bresaola. Stesse dosi anche per i formaggi, che sarebbe meglio consumare un paio di volte a settimana prediligendo quelli meno grassi come mozzarella, crescenza e ricotta.
